To get the best possible service, make sure that your ZipList includes a minimum of 20 released titles (Multi-disc sets count as a single title in the ZipList) since DVDs are shipped based on availability. If there are not enough available titles in your ZipList, it could cause your next rental to be delayed. You may also want to prioritize your titles in the order you would like to receive them in, by giving each a numeric value. After the number of recommended titles has been added to your ZipList, our system will automatically select the first available DVDs and we will ship them to you usually within one business day.

ZipRefill is a feature that increases the number of DVDs you get each month and here is how. It basically allows eligible members to tell Zip.ca when they have mailed back a DVD and when notification is received they send a new selection, usually within 24 hours.
